Phone Tracker - GPS Location (“we”, “our”, or “the App”), managed by Fusion Fest Tech, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.

Precise and Approximate Location: We request access via ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION and ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION permissions. This data is collected in real-time to track location, record movement history, and render maps.

Device Storage Access: We utilize READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, and READ_MEDIA_IMAGES permissions to store local tracking logs, export tracking reports, and save user-generated data.

Camera and Flashlight: Used to capture environmental photos at specified markers for localized user-tracking tasks.

Microphone Access: We request RECORD_AUDIO exclusively to allow the integration of voice notes or local audio clips attached to specific tracking logs.

Contacts Data: We use the system-level Android Contact Picker or requested READ_CONTACTS permissions to allow you to select individual contacts to share your location with. This data is never harvested or sent to our servers broadly.

Technical Data & Identifiers: We automatically collect device model, IP address, operating system version, and performance metrics via INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE to guarantee synchronization and app optimization.


2. How We Use Your Information

We process your personal data under legitimate legal bases, including fulfilling app operations, user consent, and security maintenance:

To calculate and display real-time GPS paths and route statistics.

To compile and export localized reports on device storage.

To enable interactive, user-initiated behaviors (voice notes, photo attachment).

To perform diagnostics, manage crash analytics, and prevent platform abuse.


3. Data Security and Safe Handling

We implement rigorous administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal and sensitive data.

On-Device Protection: Local files, tracking histories, and custom configurations stored on the device are isolated within protected sandbox environments.


4. Data Retention and Deletion Policy

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the services described or as required by law.

A. Information Collected by AdMob: To serve ads, Google AdMob may collect and process the following data:

Advertising ID: (e.g., Android Advertising ID) to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.

Device Information: Device model, screen resolution, mobile carrier, and operating system version.

Approximate Location: Used to serve relevant local ads (this is separate from our core GPS tracking features).

Interaction Data: Information about how you interact with ads (clicks, views, or installs).

B. Data Sharing with Third Parties: We do not sell your personal tracking data. However, we share non-sensitive technical data with the following partners for functional purposes:

Google AdMob: For ad delivery and monetization.

Firebase / Google Analytics: To monitor app performance, crash logs, and user engagement metrics.
